Backorders
Apostle Games strives to maintain a complete inventory of our offered product line. Although it is very rare for an item to be unavailable, if temporary product unavailability will cause shipping times to exceed our stated processing time (1-3 business days following receipt of payment), we will notify you, the purchaser, via email of the order status. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available.
Return Policy
Please contact Apostle Games regarding all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of ship date, and are valid 30 days from date of issuance. Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined:
- Customer received defective item(s) upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
- Apostle Games will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, Apostle Games will pay for all return shipping.
- Customer refuses delivery or package is returned as undeliverable
- Apostle Games will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.
- Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
- Apostle Games will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Addition restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resalable condition.

Return authorization number should be clearly visible on outside of box, and on enclosed note briefly describing the reason for the return. Allow up to 10 business days for Apostle Games to process returns from the date they are received.
Cancellations
All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to the customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Processing
All orders will be processed and ship 1-3 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. All orders placed after 5:00pm (Eastern Time) will not be received by Apostle Games until the following business day.
